Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans purchased through Ficanaz ("Service"), operated by Ficanaz LLC.


1. Free Trial

All subscription plans include a 7-day free trial with full access to the selected plan's features. During the trial period, you will not be charged. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being billed. We strongly encourage you to fully evaluate the Service during the trial period before committing to a paid subscription.

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of the Service — which provides instant access to AI-powered product research, market data, and supplier information upon payment — all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Once a charge has been processed, we do not issue refunds for:

  • The current billing period, whether monthly or annual
  • Unused searches or features within a billing period
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated product recommendations
  • Failure to cancel before a billing cycle renewal
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service

The 7-day free trial exists specifically to allow you to evaluate the Service before making a financial commitment.

3. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or account credit in the following limited cases:

  • Duplicate charges: If you are charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full within 5 business days.
  • Extended service outage: If the Service experiences downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours that prevents access to core features, you may request a prorated account credit for the affected period.
  • Billing errors: If a charge was applied to your account in error (wrong plan, wrong amount), we will correct the charge and refund the difference.

These exceptions do not constitute a right to a refund and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@ficanaz.com. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
  • No refund or credit is issued for the remaining time in the current billing period.
  • Your account will revert to an inactive state after the billing period ends.

5. Annual Subscription Cancellation

If you cancel an annual subscription mid-term:

  • You retain access until the end of the 12-month period you paid for.
  • No partial or prorated refund is issued for the remaining months.
  • No further annual charges will be applied after the current period ends.

6. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan:

  • The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
  • No partial refund or credit is issued for the current period.
  • You retain access to the higher plan's features until the current billing period ends.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account and pursue the dispute through the appropriate channels. We encourage you to contact us at support@ficanaz.com before initiating any chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.

8. Currency

All transactions are processed in US dollars (USD). Any exchange rate differences or bank fees related to currency conversion are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
