Ficanaz Link

What it is

Ficanaz Link is a connector (an MCP server) that gives your AI access to your own MercadoLibre account through Ficanaz: listings, prices, stock, sales rhythm, promotions, orders, questions and claims. It is the same Assistant you have inside Ficanaz, in the chat you already use.

You can ask things like "which listings run out of stock this week?", "which promotions is the white lounger in?" or "which questions have I not answered?". If you ask for a change, the AI prepares a proposal and nothing is applied until you confirm it.

To use it you need a Ficanaz account with MercadoLibre connected.

How to connect it

The connector address is:

In Claude

• If Ficanaz Link is listed in Claude's connector directory, search for "Ficanaz" and tap Connect.
• Otherwise go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, name it "Ficanaz Link", paste the address above and tap Add. Then tap Connect.

In ChatGPT

• If Ficanaz Link is listed in ChatGPT's app directory, search for "Ficanaz" and connect it from there.
• Otherwise turn on developer mode in Settings → Connectors (you need Plus or higher), create a new connector with the address above and choose OAuth authentication.

Sign-in and authorization

When you connect, your AI sends you to Ficanaz. If you are not signed in, you sign in with your Ficanaz account. Then you see an authorization screen showing which app is asking for access, with which Ficanaz account, and what it will be able to do: read your listings, orders, stock, promotions, questions and claims, and propose changes that you confirm in the chat. Tap Authorize and you are back in your AI. To try it, ask "who am I?".

Your MercadoLibre password and token never go through Claude or ChatGPT: Ficanaz makes the connection to MercadoLibre, and the AI only sees what the tools return.

What it can do

The tools come in three groups. A change always follows the same cycle:

• 1. The AI prepares a proposal with a proposal tool. That does not touch MercadoLibre yet.
• 2. You review it in the chat: which listings, which values, what changes.
• 3. Only after you approve it does the AI call confirm_run, and the change is applied in MercadoLibre.
• 4. Ficanaz reads the listing back to verify the result and shows it to you. A proposal you do not confirm expires after 24 hours.

Read

They look up your account. They change nothing.

• whoami · Who you are in Ficanaz, whether MercadoLibre is connected, which permissions are on and whether your plan includes Link.
• list_my_listings · Your listings, filtered by status and by words in the title.
• get_listing_live · A listing's price, stock and status right now, read from MercadoLibre.
• get_listing_details · The listing's product sheet: attributes, sale terms, description and pictures.
• get_listing_360 · Everything about one listing in a single view: sales, visits, promotions, questions, claims and ads.
• get_sales_summary · Your sales totals per period: sales, units, revenue and fees.
• get_sales_velocity · How fast each listing sells (units in the last 7 and 30 days).
• list_promotions · The MercadoLibre campaigns and promotions available to your account.
• get_item_promotions · Which promotions each listing is in, at what price, and why one is not in.
• get_promotion_items · The listings in a specific campaign and their status.
• find_items_by_sku · Finds listings by your SKU.
• get_item_economics · What you keep per unit sold: price minus MercadoLibre's fee and the shipping you pay.
• get_catalog_status · Catalog status (who wins the buy box and the price to win reported by MercadoLibre).
• get_full_candidates · Which listings are in Full and which sell well without it.
• get_decision_brief · Data from several sources together, to decide what to put on sale, what to restock or what to review.
• get_shipping_overview · Shipments that are pending, late or waiting to be dispatched.
• get_saved_analyses · The analyses you already saved in Ficanaz.
• get_account_health · Your seller reputation and its metrics.
• list_claims · Your claims, with the reason MercadoLibre reports.
• get_claim · A claim's detail: messages, returns and available actions.
• list_unanswered_questions · Buyer questions you have not answered yet.
• list_ad_campaigns · Your Product Ads campaigns and their metrics, read-only.
• get_order · An order's detail.
• get_shipment · A shipment's detail and status.
• get_buyer_messages · The messages with the buyer of an order.
• get_order_feedback · An order's feedback rating.
• get_listing_reviews · Buyer reviews of a listing.
• list_infractions · Infractions or moderations MercadoLibre flagged on your listings.

Proposals and settings

They prepare a proposal for you to review; they do not touch MercadoLibre until you confirm. The rules you save stay in Ficanaz and apply to later proposals.

• propose_promotion_actions · Proposes adding, adjusting or removing listings in promotions.
• plan_promotion_batch · Proposes a batch of promotion changes for many listings at once, based on a criterion.
• plan_price_update · Proposes changing the list price of one or more listings.
• propose_item_update · Proposes changes to a listing (for example, stock or product sheet data).
• update_listing_status · Proposes pausing or reactivating a listing.
• release_price_automation · Proposes turning off a listing's price automation.
• send_buyer_message · Proposes a message to the buyer of an order.
• reply_claim · Proposes a reply in a claim.
• reply_feedback · Proposes a reply to an order's feedback.
• leave_promotion · Proposes taking a listing out of a promotion.
• save_seller_rule · Saves a rule of yours (for example, "never more than 30% off") that later proposals follow.
• forget_seller_rule · Turns off a rule you saved.

Execution

They apply in MercadoLibre what you approved, or show how it turned out.

• answer_question · Posts the answer to a buyer question, after you reviewed it in the chat.
• confirm_run · Applies a proposal you approved in MercadoLibre and reads it back to verify the result.
• get_run · Shows a proposal: what will change or, if already applied, what MercadoLibre answered.
• get_my_proposals · Lists your proposals and the status of each one.

Permissions

Reading is always available. For the AI to change anything, you turn on each permission yourself in Ficanaz → Assistant → ⚙️ Permissions: Promotions, Prices, Stock, Listings, Questions, Messages and feedback, Claims and Shipping. They are the same permissions as the Assistant inside Ficanaz and apply to both. If a permission is off, the tool answers that it is disabled and does nothing.

Data and privacy

• Buyers' personal data (names, phone numbers, emails, addresses) reaches the AI redacted.
• Every query and every change is logged. You see them in Ficanaz Link, in the Ficanaz menu, together with the apps you authorized.
• There you remove each app's access with Revoke. Revoking cuts the authorization, but a session that was already open may keep working for up to about 1 hour.
• What data we process and who we share it with is detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Limitations

• It does not delete listings. That action is blocked.
• It does not change anything in Product Ads: campaigns can be read, and you make changes in MercadoLibre.
• It only works with the data MercadoLibre returns. If MercadoLibre does not provide a figure, the AI says it does not have it instead of making it up.
• MercadoLibre applies its own rules to every change: the final result is the one read back after applying it.

If something does not work

• MercadoLibre is not connected: connect it in one click in Integrations.
• Permission disabled: turn it on in Assistant → ⚙️ Permissions.
• Your plan does not include Link: see the Plans section below.

Ficanaz Link is included in the Ficanaz Pro plan. What each plan includes is on ficanaz.com. Ficanaz does not charge per use inside Link: the AI is your own Claude or ChatGPT.
